Setup

When running the installer setup you have two options

Please select one of the current options:
[1] I want to configure a new project, service account, billing and JSON credentials.
[2] I already have one project configured and already have a JSON key file from Google

If you have never used this service please choose #1

(1) Configure Google SDK and generate JSON credentials

ToDo

(2) Already have a JSON Key file

  1. Follow the Google SDK login account process This will give you URL and a browser validation key.
  2. Select you Google project
  3. Authenticate to Google Auth Library
  4. Copy and paste your previously existen JSON key files content over GCTanscriptAPI.json file. Overwrite the whole content of this file with the JSON key file content you already have, save and exit.
  5. Setup your SIP account (we suggest use a valid one for further integration).
  6. Done

Enable subtitles transcript

In order to launch Jigasi Transcript on the room.

  1. Enable Subtitles cc button
  2. That's it, a transcript user should join and be transcribing the text.

Whenever you or your guest speak you'll be able to see the transcript with your lead by your nickname.

Sidenote: Only room moderators can see the invite people + sign.
