Hello,
maybe you can help me in any ways. I faced some issues on different systems with Jibri. FFmpeg seems to be crashing on multiple hosts.
"Ffmpeg quit abruptly. Last output line: [alsa @ 0x558c1d04c3c0] ALSA buffer xrun." - I cannot identify a reason for that.
Maybe you got an idea.

What are your server specs? OS version, memory, CPU details.
Have you run the test-jibri-env.sh script?
What's the output of /var/log/jitsi/jibri/log.0.txt ?
Actually I saw that it ran out of ram, thats the reason. 8GB of Ram arent enough anymore.
On the latest update we did on the jibri.conf file is possible to define the resolution, you might want to check if that option is available on your jibri.conf file, or manually set it so you can go back to HD (1280x720)
Maybe the can help on the resources.
I already did that, but then it caps the recording screen. The screen doesnt resize, only a part of it gets captured then.

Sure, it crashed every time after it took all abailable 8GB ram

I also thought that, but as soon as I start the recording FFmpeg (yes ffmpeg) goes up to 8GB ram and then crashes as soon as the alsa buffer happens. When I screw down the reaolution, it only peaks up to 5gb of ram.
