It would be nice to have a workflow to use an Ungoogled version of Chrome or Chromium.

So Google software can be avoided on the Jitsi server.

ATTOW, UnGoogled Chromium fits, the issue being that there is NO maintained repository for Debian/Ubuntu

Trisquel 12 now adds Ungoogled Chromium and now that I have some time available from working on that release, I can take a look at this issue.
